Who this outfit actually suits
Two things make this operation easy to reason about. The Narrows price is flat per person rather than sliding with group size, at $295 for an adult and $175 for a youth under eighteen, with a discount at six or more. And the group is capped at thirteen hikers, which is at the top of what the park’s small group authorization allows but still a managed number.
For a pair of adults that flat rate is competitive, because operators who price by group size charge two people considerably more per head. For a group of seven or more the sliding scale elsewhere may work out cheaper. It is worth running both numbers.
They also deserve credit for the clearest statement of the turnaround rule we found anywhere, put in capital letters on their own booking page: if you want to hike past Orderville Junction into Wall Street and up to Big Springs, you cannot hire a guide company to do so. That is an operator telling you something that costs them a sale.

Narrows trips include the guide, canyon boots, neoprene socks, a hiking pole and lunch, with waders and splash jackets provided in winter. Park entry and water are not included, and they recommend bringing two litres per person.
What they are permitted to do
Listed on the park’s published authorization roster for commercially guided hiking and guided bicycle tours.
The thirteen hiker cap sits inside the park’s small group tier, which covers parties of fifteen or fewer and is the tier that can access the Narrows at all. Larger group tiers are restricted to four easy trails, so a company running trips this size is operating where the good routes are.
On cycling, they state the other rule most operators leave out: the park prohibits biking tour participants from hiking its trails on a biking tour. You cannot combine a ride and a walk in one booking. See the e-bike page for what that means in practice.

Run the numbers against a sliding rate
Flat pricing favours small parties. If there are six or more of you, ask about their group discount and also price a sliding scale operator, because the answer flips at larger numbers.
Thirteen is a real number
It is the cap, not the typical size. Ask how many are booked on your date if group size matters to you, because thirteen people in a river move differently from four.
