Get in touch
We do not sell trips, take bookings or hold reservations, so we cannot help with anything on an operator’s side. What we can do is fix this site, and we would rather hear about a mistake than not.
One address, and we do read it
[REPLACE THIS WITH YOUR CONTACT ROUTE.] Either a working email address, or a form module placed here. Everything else on this page is ready to publish as it stands.
What we can help with, and what we cannot
Worth writing to us about
- A price, date or rule on this site that is wrong or out of date. This is the most useful message we get. Tell us the page and what you found, and we will check it against the source and fix it.
- A trail, road or facility that has opened or closed since we last looked.
- An operator we have missed, or one whose details have changed.
- Something on the site that is hard to read or does not work with your screen reader or keyboard. See the accessibility statement.
We cannot help with
- Bookings, changes, refunds or complaints. We do not operate any trip and we do not take reservations. Contact the operator directly, and their own page on this site links straight to them.
- Permits and lotteries. Those run through recreation.gov and the National Park Service, not through us.
- Current conditions on the day. The park publishes those and they change faster than any site can.
- Requests to add a link in exchange for payment. We do not do that, at any price.
If we got something wrong, tell us plainly
Every page on this site carries the month its facts were checked, and prices and permit windows move. When we are told something is wrong we check it against the operator’s own material or the park’s own records, correct it, and update the date on the page.
The most helpful message says which page, what it currently says, and what it should say. A link to where you saw the correct version is even better and saves us finding it.
If you are an operator and something on your profile is out of date, the same applies. We publish what you publish, so the fastest fix is usually to point us at the page on your own site.
